Online Entry

Please follow the link below and complete the required fields and submit your online entry. You will need to complete one online form for every entry.

You will receive an email with all your judging information upon completing the form. You can save your progress and return later if necessary. The link to do this is at the top page of the form.

You will need two copies of the submission form/email with each entry. One copy MUST be attached to the back of your entry and one copy MUST be included with your check.

Each entry will be judged on the following criteria:

Creative - 25%
Production - 25%
Objective/Strategy - 25%
Results - 25%
